About the store
These terms apply to purchases made directly from Ark Press at ark.press, including connected sales channels where Ark Press is identified as the seller. Shopify provides our ecommerce platform; Ark Press is responsible for our products, fulfillment, and customer service.
These terms should be read with our Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Orders and payment
Please provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information and check the title, edition, and format before ordering. Use only payment methods you are authorized to use.
Checkout displays the price, currency, and applicable charges before payment. We may cancel orders involving suspected fraud, unavailable stock, or a material listing error. If we cancel a paid order, we notify you and promptly refund the affected purchase. We do not substitute another title or format without your agreement.
Formats and delivery
A printed book does not include an ebook or audiobook unless the listing says so. Bundles contain the items described in their listings.
Physical orders are fulfilled through our warehouse in Edmond, Oklahoma. Shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Preorder listings identify expected release or dispatch timing; if timing changes, we communicate the delay and provide cancellation options as required by law.
Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered through BookFunnel using the email address supplied at checkout. Contact support@ark.press if delivery does not arrive or your purchase does not work.
Digital use and copyright
Digital purchases are for personal, noncommercial reading or listening unless the listing grants additional rights. Copyright remains with its rights holder. Do not redistribute, resell, publicly upload, or share digital files or delivery links except where expressly permitted or allowed by law.
These restrictions do not prevent lawful gifting or resale of printed books.
Returns, privacy, and communications
Our Return and Refund Policy governs eligible returns, cancellations, and refunds. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
We may send messages needed to complete or support your purchase. Marketing choices are separate: purchasing does not enroll you in SMS marketing, and unsubscribing from promotional emails does not affect order support.
Problems and changes
Contact support@ark.press so we can help resolve a problem. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updated terms apply prospectively and do not reduce the promises applicable to an existing purchase without your agreement, except where required by law.
